WELCOME TO ULTIMATE DINING
Our all-you-care-to-eat primary dining facility is where value and variety come together. Ultimate Dining is located on the first floor of the Vaughn Center. Here we feature 7 dining stations each specializing in particular dishes and flavors. You will notice an incredible selection of ethnic foods and dishes from many cultures and cuisines—that’s why we say “you can taste the world from here”.

International Cuisine: This station features prepared to order dishes with an emphasis on international foods and flavors. One of our most popular menus featured here is the Mongolian Wok Bar, offered on a regular basis. It’s also the place to get a chef crafted, made to order omelet in the morning.

Classics: Sometimes nothing satisfies quite like a hearty "home style" meal. Classics offers a multitude of hearty and nutritional meals, everything from rotisserie chicken to baked salmon. Each meal comes well balanced with sides that complement.

The Grille: An adventure in tastes featuring all your favorites such as burgers, fries, grilled cheese sandwiches and international specialties. We even offer vegan burger options to satisfy any style of food preference.

Subs and Sandwiches: A good old fashioned deli that’s designed to offer everything from classic subs and sandwiches to the trendiest wraps, pita pocket sandwiches an more. Everything’s fresh and made to order right before your eyes.

Vegetarian: At this station, we pay special attention to our vegetarian and vegan customers, offering delicious selections featuring a variety of pastas, grains, sauces and vegetables. However, the food is so good here even non-vegetarians flock to sample our cooked to order specialties

Pizarette: A little bit international, A little bit American and a lot of great tastes. Here’s where you can get traditional and gourmet pizzas, baked panini sandwiches and “casserettes”, little individual casseroles baked in their own special dish and served bubbling hot to you right out of the oven

Salad/Soup Bar: A homage to nature’s bounty featuring a colorful array of fresh salad ingredients, a variety of dressings and condiments. We also offer two daily specialty salad creations. Every soup is made fresh in house and offered piping hot for you to enjoy. The variety is endless, everything from a classic Chicken Noodle soup to Cuban Black Bean and other worldly delights. Enjoy some of the best dessert selections in town, prepared fresh by our in-house gourmet pastry chef. You will marvel at the variety of items with choices to please just about every sweet tooth.
