At the University of Tampa we are working to implement additional sustainable business practices. Following is an example of a few things we are doing this year:
New Napkin Holders- We have replaced all "bulk dispensing" napkin holders with single sheet dispensers. The napkins we are now using are 100% recycled.
The PlanIt Reusable Mugs will be sold for $3.95 and will be refillable for $1.19 at any retail soda fountain.

Reusable Stainless Steel Water Bottles are available at Gourmet Grocer for $10.00
We use the
Ecolab Apex™ dishwashing system. Apex combines technology and products designed to save water and energy, minimizing the impact of products on the environment.
Our used cooking oil is reclaimed and converted into new products such as bio-fuel.
Local and Organic Produce is purchased when feasable.
Rain Forest Alliance, UTZ, Organic and Fair Trade Certified Coffees are available a Jazzman's Cafe
