1. Who can use my meal plan?
Your meal plan/ meal exchange program is designed for your personal use only. If you wish to host friends or family for meals, you may use UT Dollars. Your Spartan card is only usable by you.

2. Where do I use my meal plan?
Your meal plan can be used at any dining locations on campus. Meals can be used at The Ultimate Dining. Meal Exchanges can be used in the Rathskeller, Stadium Center and Vaughn Center retail locations. UT Dollars and Spartan Dollars can be used at all locations.

3. Spartan Dollars vs. UT Dollars?
Spartan Dollars are built into our meal plan, and offer flexible spending on purchases at all campus locations. Spartan Dollars do not carry over from semester to semester and can olny be used to purchase items for yourself. UT Dollars are like Spartan Dollars except that they do carry over from semester to semester for the duration of your time as a student. You can add UT Dollars to your card at any time in Vaughn 229, by calling (813) 258-7257 or at dining.ut.edu.

4. What is the difference between the Carte Blanche and traditional meal plans?
The Carte Blanche meal plan provides you with unlimited access to our Ultimate Dining facility with up to 3 retail meal exchanges a week. Our traditional meal plans (15, 12, 7) provide you with a set number of meals for the entire week that can be used in any meal period or as retail meal exchanges. Carte Blanche plans are allowed unlimited access to the cafe; for this reason carryout is not allowed on this plan.

5. What happens if I lose my Spartan Card?
New Spartan cards may be obtained from the card office in the Vaughn Center. Meal vouchers may temporarily be obtained in the Dining Services office located in Vaughn 229 with a valid picture ID.
